Monday and Thursday, 6:30 PM (muscle toning, strength and conditioning gerobics with Andrea McAdams)
Tuesday and Friday, 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM (Lil Dragons, ages 3 to 5)
Taekwondo, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Shotokan Karate 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Private training available via appointment - 276-340-3944
