Jennifer Friedel, associate professor of practice at the Virginia Tech Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics and director of Virginia's Land use-value assessment program (LUVA) will present a session that combines legal guidance with real-world farming experience to help farmers make practical, realistic plans to ensure their farms continue operating successfully after they retire or pass on.
