Resolution Presented to Richard Rogers-WHEO in memory of his wife

Senator Roscoe Reynolds presented a resolution from the Virginia General Assembly to Richard Rogers, who organized the radeothon Friday, May 18, that raised more than $17,000, for the American Cancer Society.
The resolution pays tribute to the memory of Rogers' wife, Sandra Merritt Rogers, a Patrick County educator who died of cancer.
