The Patrick County Education Foundation hopes to create a rural education laboratory in Patrick County that would benefit schools throughout Virginia.
Former Gov. Gerald Baliles, the foundation’s chairman, discussed plans for the laboratory at the foundation 10th anniversary event and graduation of the Patrick County Adult Education class of 2011 Friday.
