Henry Co./Patrick Co., VA - A Red Cross nationwide restructuring project could mean big changes for the organization's Stuart office.
The main regional office for Patrick and Henry Counties is in Martinsville. But, the branch office in Stuart may close down. It's still under consideration.
The restructuring is meant to streamline Red Cross services nationally. We're told Patrick County will still receive Red Cross aid, just in a different manner.
Still, some in Stuart worry the elimination of their office could mean a longer wait for help after a disaster.
