Apr. 10-Martinsville Bulletin reports that home sales rose in March, compared to previous 2 months. 33 homes sold in March compared to 21 in February and 27 in January

Homes were on the market 230 days in March compared to 242 in February and 176 days in January.
March 2010 32 homes were sold. 17 in February 2010. 24 in January 2010.
