The Martinsville Henry and Patrick Counties Association of Realtors recently released this data that sales of houses was 25 in November 2010. The average sale price was $106,460 and the homes spent an average of 213 days on the market. 17 house sales were pending in November.
More houses were sold in October, 2010, although they sold at an average of $81,394. They averaged 204 days on the market.
