He is running for 9th District U. S. Congress, to replace incumbent Congressman Rick Boucher - D-Abingdon. He is making numerous stops in last minute campaign push today and tomorrow. He is speaking optimistically that he is in a slight lead over Congressman Boucher. If elected he promises to go to work immediately to select his staff on Wednesday, November 3rd. Photo by Tom Bishop
