Citizens Telephone Cooperative To Build 186 Miles Of Fiber-Floyd

Citizens Telephone Cooperative of Floyd, VA will build 186 miles of fiber cable across seven Southwest Virginia Counties to up-grade high-speed Internet access in the New River and Roanoke Valleys.
The project is being underwritten by $9.2 million in Federal Funds over a 3 - year period. Another $6.9 million will provide a similar expansion in the Lexington area.
