On hand for the ceremony was Noah Reynolds, 9th generation member of the Reynolds family, John Dooley, VP of International Affairs at Virginia Tech, Ben Davenport from the Reynolds Advisory Committee, Senator Roscoe Reynolds (D) - Ridgeway, Honorable Mary Sue Terry, Former VA Attorney General from Critz and other Reynolds family members.
