Jay Scudder Named County Administrator for Fluvanna County

Jay Scudder who just resigned as the Patrick County Administrator has been named as the County Admin. for Fluvanna County, VA.
Scudder is New Fluvanna Administrator
William P. "Jay" Scudder is the new Fluvanna County administrator.
Scudder, a Lynchburg native who was the Patrick County administrator since 2008, will begin his new job on November 1. The Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors announced Scudder as the county administrator following a closed session at the board's regular meeting Wednesday night (September 15). Frank Pleva, the current interm county administrator, will remain at his post until Nov. 1.
