The Doe Run Farm now has the fall corn maze in operation at 402 Doe Run Road, Ararat, VA. The theme is "Farm...Fresh...Fun" Call 276-251-8287 for a tour. Opening September 18th, 2010
Celebrating their 5th year Doe Run Farm Corn Maze brings to life an adventure on the farm. This years theme "Farm..Fresh..Fun" captures the feeling of being back "Home on the Farm". The maze was designed by their son Zach Rogers. Zach graduated Spring 2010 from Central Piedmont in Charlotte, NC with a degree in surveying. A visit to the Corn Maze consists of a relaxing Hay Ride around the farm, a Hay Maze with a kids play area, an Apple Launcher, Rope the Cow, Corn Hole Game, and Horse Shoes! Fresh Produce, pumpkins all sizes, birdhouse gourds, corn stalks. & more. Everything you need for fall decorating. Lots of fresh popcorn, along with Apple Pies, Apple Cider, and other snacks.
The corn maze will open September 18 through November 6 on Saturdays from 10 am - 8 pm and Sunday from 1pm - 7 pm. Weekdays are available for groups.
