Kim Adkins Selected as new Mayor of Martinsville-VA

Kim Adkins, age 48, was elected by the City Council as the new mayor of Martinsville, Va. She is the manager of the local Work Force Investment Board office in Martinsville.
She is the previous President of the Martinsville-Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
Kimble Reynolds was re-elected as Vice Mayor.
