Patrick County, VA has been hit with a major winter storm. Depth of snow could reach 1 foot or more over night. It has snowed from about 1:00pm until now, 8:15 pm. Dec. 18, 2009.
This will paralyze the area for a few days. Business and all activities are shut down. Waiting to day break to see the damage.
This is a very serious storm that could result in electrical power outages.
