135 New Jobs Added to Results of Stuart-Patrick County, VA

It is another great announcement from Congressman Rick Boucher and the VA Tobacco Indemnification Commission, bringing an additional 135 new jobs to Stuart and Patrick County, VA.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Results of Stuart Ribbon Cutting was held on Nov. 23, 2009 at Results of Stuart, acknowledging a new “build out� of the In Bound Call Center of 6000 sq. feet. The address for the call center is: 105 Progress Drive Rich Creek Corporate Park Stuart, VA 24171 Pictured in the photo are left to right: Anna McClain Assistant to Del Ward Armstrong, Jonathan Large, Board of Supervisors, Sen. Roscoe Reynolds, Crystal Harris, Board of Supervisors, Barney Day, Tobacco Commission, US Congressman Rick Boucher, Reketa King, Results of Stuart, Karl Weiss, Board of Supervisors. The expanded office facility will provide 135 new jobs, bringing the employment level to over 300 jobs at the Results of Stuart office complex. This makes Results of Stuart the largest employer in Patrick County, VA. Congressman Rick Boucher was on hand for the ceremony cutting the ribbon and discussing his Showcasing Southwest Virginia program, which brought Results to Patrick County initially. The Virginia Tobacco Indemnification Commission provided $300,000 for this project and on hand for this event were two Commission members, Barney Day former member of the House of Delegates and current Senator Roscoe Reynolds. Others participating on the program were, Reketa King, Representing Results of Stuart, which is a company headquartered in Dania Beach, Florida. Also, Chairperson Crystal Harris, Patrick County Board of Supervisors, Karl V. Weiss, County Board of Supervisors, and Jonathan Large, County Board of Supervisors were there. Tom Rose, Assistant County Administrator was there along with other members of the Economic Development Authority. Tom Bishop, Executive Director of the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce congratulated local Chamber of Commerce members, who contributed to the project including the local Contractor, Clark Brothers Construction, Results of Stuart as well as other local businesses. Media on hand for the event included, Debbie Hall and Mike Wray from the Martinsville Bulletin, Ron Moore from WZBB Super Country 99 out of Bassett, Richard Rogers morning talk show host from WHEO 1270 AM radio in Stuart, and Nancy Lindsey representing The Enterprise in Stuart.
