CORE FOUR® Business Planning Course to be held in Patrick County
The Patrick County Education Foundation, Radford University School of Business, and the Patrick County Economic Development Authority will hold a CORE FOUR® Business Planning Course in Stuart on September 15, 2009 and on each following Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. through November 10th.
CORE FOUR® is designed to help people develop ideas for starting and expanding their own businesses and understand the business planning process. Topics include developing a marketing plan, projecting cash flow, and understanding standard business operating procedures. People with ideas for starting a new business, owners of growing businesses, struggling business owners, and those seeking business financing are encouraged to attend. Participants will have the opportunity to complete a business by the culmination of the class and will receive a certificate of completion of this nationally recognized program.
The course will be held at PCEF offices at 105 Stonewall Court (across from BB&T Bank). The $240.00 fee per participant will be paid by the Patrick County Education Foundation through a grant from the Virginia Tobacco Commission.
