GRILLED PEACH JEZEBEL
½ Tsp. Horseradish
¼ Cup of Honey
2 Tbls Dijon Mustard
6 Firm Ripe Peaches
Vegetable Spray
Whisk together first 3 ingredients
Brush ½ of the honey mixture evenly over the cut side of the
peach.
Spray vegetable spray on grill grate
HEAT THE GRILL 300*-350*
Arrange peach halves cut side up on grill
COVER & GRILL about 3 minutes on each side
Remove from Grill and brush cut side evenly with remaining

SERVE WITH PORK OR CHICKEN KABOB’S
CHICKEN BREAT KABOB’S
Slice Chicken Breast ¼� to ½� thickness
RUB both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with a herb rub
Salt & Pepper to taste
Thread onto a skewer (if wood skewers are used soak in water for 1 hour)
Place on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until completely done
SERVE WITH PEACHES
