GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN/PEACH DELIGHT W/OJ & CARAMEL SAUCE

1 lb. Pork Tenderloin sliced into ½� thick slices 4 Fresh Whole Peaches peeled and halved ½ cup of sugar 2 Tbls. of butter 2oz. Peach Schnapps Liquor Place sugar in a sauté pan and heat on high heat until sugar melts. Add Butter and stir until butter melts and becomes bubbly. Add butter And stir until butter melts and becomes Add Schnapps Liqueur and Pour over Peaches GRILLED ASPARAGUS Coat vegetable with olive oil Place on grill (medium high)GRILL for about 3-4 minutes, turning twice SERVE & ENJOY BON APETITE Compliments of Chef Paul Farrar
