Our Men’s Tennis Team brought home the district championship trophy for the fourth season in a row. The men were undefeated in the district in the last three seasons.
Our Lady Cougar Tennis Team won its first ever district championship this season.
Our Junior Varsity Baseball Team was undefeated in the district during regular season play and was declared the regular season district champions.
Our Junior Varsity Softball Team won the district tournament championship.
Our Cougar Track and Field team sent two members to state competition.
Our Boys and Girls Soccer teams combined for ten athletes honored on the first and second all district teams.
AND... Our Lady Cougar Softball Team will be playing in the Group AA Semi-Final State Championship Game against Tunstall on Friday at Radford at 1pm. The Tunstall Lady Trojans and the Patrick County High School Lady Cougars are arch rivals in the Piedmont District. (PCHS Lady Cougar pitcher Kaitlyn Culler is this year's District Player of the Year).
If the Lady Cougars advance to the state title game scheduled for Saturday, The PCHS Cougar Club and PCHS Athletic Department will assist Fun Facts Radio in a possible LIVE webcast the game on BetterThanRadio.us
