VECTEC (Virginia Electronic Commerce Technology Center) of Newport News, Virginia has joined the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce
To promote economic competitiveness and development by sponsoring, developing and implementing electronic commerce activities and programs to include rural areas throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. VECTEC places special emphasis on delivering e-commerce technologies and services to Virginia's small and medium size businesses.
The main office is located on the 3rd floor of the CNU Business and Technology Center on the corner of Warwick Boulevard and Hiden Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia.
The VECTEC regional office in Lebanon, Virginia is located at 131-B East Main Street. The Southwest Virginia office includes satellite offices for the Southwest Virginia Technology Council (SWVTC).

The office was officially established in April 2002 through the generosity of the Russell County Board of Supervisors. The Southwest Virginia office and its e-commerce programs are supported by various grants.
The VECTEC regional office in South Boston, Virginia is located at The Southern Virginia Higher Education Center at 820 Bruce Street. The office was officially established in 2006 through the generosity of the Virginia Tobacco Commission.
