Mar. 25- According to The Enterprise published on March 25, 2009, the former R. J. Reynolds Patrick County Memorial Hospital has now been renamed Pioneer Community Hospital.

The hospital is now under the operation of Pioneer Health Services a company from Mississippi. Joseph S. McNulty, III is the CEO of Pioneer.
