Mar. 3-Pioneer Health Services held a ribbon cutting at the Patrick County Hospital on March 3, 2009, within days of leasing the facility. Joe McNulty, Founder and CEO of Pioneer and Steve Fontaine, Director of regional hospital operations were on hand.
