Mar. 1-Patrick County High School girls basketball team won 41-39 over Graham Middle School to secure its first regional title since 1990.
This was the Regin IV, Division 3 title game.
Kylene Culler led the Cougars basketb all team with 23 points and more than 10 rebounds
Patrick County will play in the state quarterfinals at a time to be determined either Friday or Saturday at the Salem Civic Center.
