Wine Down The Music Trail
Named after The Crooked Road, Virginia's tourist driving route connecting major heritage music venues, Wine Down the Music Trail offers a unique musical experience as a backdrop to your wine tasting.
At Wine Down the Music Trail you can sample some of the season's finest vintages from wineries from both Virginia and North Carolina, as well as local meads and ciders, all in the spectacular setting of the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.
While shopping and tasting at our 2008 event, you can enjoy a variety of fabulous music. On Saturday, relax to the fun, easygoing sounds of New Orleans' favorites the Subdudes, and on Sunday enjoy some of the SWVA regions most popular musical acts, including Be Bop Hoedown, Club Boheme, and William Walter & Co, all showcased on the Dreaming Creek main stage against a beautiful mountain backdrop.
Shop for a one-of-a-kind gift or momento from some fine craftsfolk, including wooden bowls, unique pottery, fishing ties, furniture and more.
Enjoy delicious cuisine, and play around on the bocce ball court. Hours of the festival are 11am-6pm.
