PROGRAM DETAILS
• Banners will be ordered in 2026 and first displayed on Veterans Day 2026. Beginning in 2027, banners will be
displayed Memorial Day through Labor Day, and again for Veterans Day, weather permitting.
• Banners remain the property of the Town of Stuart for the duration of the program.
• Each banner is intended to be displayed for up to a five (5) year period, provided it remains in serviceable condition.
• Due to exposure to wind, weather, and other natural elements, banners may experience wear or damage over time.
If a banner becomes damaged beyond normal wear, it may be retired at the Town's discretion.
• Additional banners may be purchased if desired.
• Families may request the return of their banner at any time.
• Display locations are determined at the Town's discretion.
• The application deadline is firm. Please plan accordingly.
