All-In-One Workout

This workout brings together elements of dance, aerobic fitness, yoga, strength training, physical rehabilitation and Pilates. Cost is $3.00 per session.
Baptiste Inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga

Baptiste Power Yoga is for all levels – the class is designed to be challenging and beneficial for beginners to advanced yogis. An experienced and certified yoga teacher will lead the class through a series of postures designed to be a journey to a powerful, strong, and open body and life!
First timers – please arrive 15 min early (doors are locked at 3pm), Bring yoga mat, block(if you have one), towel and water. Please do not bring children unless they plan to participate in the class. Cost is $5.00per person

The Computer Lab will be open to the public. High Speed Internet Access is available. Programs such as Power Point and Photo Shop are available. A fee will be charged for the use of printers, no instruction will be offered.

Pre-school Story Time & Play Date
Spencer-Penn Centre is pleased to announce a Pre-school Story Time and Play Date on Thursdays, 11:00am, beginning September 8th. Dreama Foley will lead story, songs, crafts and then play time with friends. Help us spread the word and bring your preschooler’s (ages 2-5years).

Gun Safety Class
October 15, Saturday, 8am to 12noon at the Henry County Firing Range. Registration is required by October 9th. Class is taught by Henry County Sheriff’s office. Limited to 12 students. Cost is $45. Students will need 25 rounds of ammo and their own gun.
Beginning Sewing: Making a Christmas Tote
November 12, 9-12:00; Instructor Vicki Wasoski; students will learn the basic principles of cutting out a pattern and using the sewing machine to make a tote. All materials will be provided but if you have a sharp pair of scissors, please bring them. For ages teens to adults, cost $20/members & $25/non-members. Call the Centre to register.
