Spencer-Penn Centre is excited to welcome Ed Gowen back for another “Bob Ross Painting Workshop”.
The class will be held on Saturday, July 16 , 10am to 4pm. Class fees are $65. This includes instructions, & the use of paints & brushes. 16x20 canvases will be available for $10 each or you can bring your own. Framing for your painting is $45.
