Being a parent is one of the most challenging – and rewarding – jobs you will ever face. Our Head Start and Early Head Start programs recognize parents as their child’s primary teacher, together we will prepare your child for a life-time of learning. Head Start and Early Head Start gives you the encouragement, support, and tools you need to guide and grow your family. Home-Based Families receive a weekly home visit from a specially trained Family Educator who brings activities and materials to promote your child’s development, health, and education. Enrolled families that are expecting, receive up -to-date information on fetal development and are inspired to embrace a healthy lifestyle. All families enjoy socialization activities or play groups twice a month.
