The Southern Virginia Latino Association (SOVALA) announced the 7th annual Latino Festival will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Patrick & Henry Community College from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This free, family friendly event will feature local Latino foods and artisans, live music and resources for the entire Southern Virginia region. There will be dance demonstrations and authentic Latino music. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about services available in our community and children will enjoy games, face painting, and prizes. Sponsors for the event include Sarver Properties, Meches Beauty and Danville Pediatric Dentistry.
