On Saturday, May 9, 2026, beginning at 3:00 p.m., join local folk artist Kat Mills on the lawn here at the homestead for an afternoon of music and fellowship. Kat Mills is a singer-songwriter and community volunteer based in Blacksburg and known throughout the region for her down-to-earth style and powerful voice. With a vintage guitar, throwback threads, and warm original songs, Kat Mills reminds you of another time--but her work is for the here and now.
