Kathleen McEvoy, Grant Coordinator for the West Piedmont Planning District Commission will lead the Grant Writing Workshop. She is a recent graduate of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at the University of Georgia. While working on her graduate degree, she worked for the Athens Downtown Development Authority. She assisted with public art programs, grant administration, and marketing projects for downtown Athens, Georgia. Kathleen is a native of Roanoke, Virginia.
