Summer Tai Chi classes for senior adults (over 55) on Mondays at 9 AM and on Thursdays at 3 PM. Instructor: Keith. All classes are one hour long and will be held FREE of charge at the Hooker Building, 420 Woodland Drive, Stuart, VA 24171 (Rotary Field/Fairgrounds). Weather permitting, some Monday morning classes may be relocated to the gazebo at DeHart Park, 212 Wood Brothers Drive, Stuart, VA 24171 (down from the pool and across the stream).
