The Highland Course at Primland was designattred No. 1 Top New Golf Course for $75 and over by Golf Digest.

Primland published a thank you letter in The Enterprise on Dec. 19, 2007 with a "sincere thank you to our 70 employees and to all the citizens of Patrick County for making this designation possible. The letter was published by Steve Helms, V. P./General Manager. Primland offers Golf, Hunting, Fishing, Sporting Clays, Horseback/ATV riding, Hiking, Lodging and Meetings/Events. Golf Digest is the January, 2008 edition. Last year (2006) the were also honored by Travel and Leisure Magazine as one of the "Top 10 Courses of 2006".
