The Dan River Park has a major construction project underway in Ararat, VA. A new playground, basketball court, tennis court, walking trail and restrooms is in the works!

A new walking trail will connect to the Blue Ridge Elementary School providing a safe route to School for those who wish to walk to school.
Much thanks goes to Primland Resort and Sowers Construction that has worked to make this possible. Between the two companies all major grading at the park, Phase I and II are now complete.

Look for Construction to start on The Rose Mary Moore Memorial Pavilion in Early spring 08!
