New Residential Community Groundbreaking-Stuart, VA

A groundbreaking ceremony, complete with local dignitaries, was held on Wednesday morning, October 17, 2007 at the site of Laurel Landing, a new residential community in the Town of Stuart.
It is locaed at the end of Laurel Court off Staples Avenue. It will feature convenient one-level living in a quiet, picturesque setting.
Residences will feature a charming exterior mix of brick, stone and vinyl with a covered porch, attached garage, and private driveway. Square footage of each residence will range from 1200 to 1400 square feed of finished living space on one level.
