Admission price $8.00 adults, Children 12-under free. 100% proceeds help to preserve the Birthplace of General Stuart for future generations.
The J.E.B. Stuart Birthplace Trust in cooperation with the 1st Kentucky Volunteers and the 51st Virginia Infantry welcome you to the 17th annual Civil War include reenactments of:
The 20th Maine’s stand at Little Round Top during day two of the Battle of Gettysburg, July of 1863 and Jackson’s famous Flank Attack during the Battle of Chancellorsville, May of 1863.
Event activities include living history and military demonstrations, meeting Generals Lee, Jackson, Longstreet and Stuart, period authors and speakers. Civil War sutlers, food vendors, string music and fashion shows, a Civil War ball and Candlelight Tour on Saturday evening and a period church service on Sunday morning. The camps will be open to the public for military morning parade at 9a.m. and will close after the battle at 5p.m.
