Paul's Famous Hot Dog Chili
1lb. Ground Chuck
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
Place ground beef in two qt. sauce pan, cover with water, and bring to a rolling boil for 30-40 minutes. Stir in chili and salt, take off heat, and sprinkle paprika over the top DO NOT STIR. Let stand for 30 minutes, stir and serve 1/2 oz. per hot dog.
Note:
You can add 2 tablespoon catsup if you desire a little sweeter chili.
