The Results are IN from the Partnership for the Arts Annual Arts 5k

A group of 65 participants completed the fourth annual Patrick County Partnership for the Arts 5k on Saturday September 7. Twenty five of the participants were the Happy Soles Running Club that is conducted at Stuart Elementary School.
Runners could not have asked for better weather as the ran through uptown Stuart. Jonathan Adcock was the overall winner, with Brad Holt and Mark Joyce, second and third. In the Female category, Lindsay Smart was the overall winner, with Natalie Horne and Sarah Brinks following close behind. Overall Master winners were Randy Burrier of Floyd and Tracy Key of Woolwine. Age group winners received pen and ink drawings created by students in art classes throughout the county. The Partnership would like to thanks all the participants and volunteers for helping make this event a success.
