Just wanted to give everyone an update on job fair for Hanesbrand. 186 job seekers came out to apply for job openings. Everyone had the opportunity to speak with Hanesbrand representatives about job openings, which was great. Hanesbrand had a DVD playing that allowed the job seekers to see the product being made. VEC was onsite to take applications. We had people from areas surrounding Patrick County and many of Patrick County residents to apply. Kim Adkins and I spoke with HR director and Plant Manager about doing internships and incumbent worker training. So that may be coming in the near future.
