The VIRGINIA PEACH FESTIVAL is celebrated annually during August. Patrick County produces some of the finest peaches. This annual celebration includes music events, plus food, crafts, peach ice cream, and fresh local grown peaches.
25th ANNUAL VIRGINIA STATE PEACH FESTIVAL-FOLK FAIR
SATURDAY, August 18 –8th Annual Folk Fair at the Meadows of Dan., U. S. Rt. 58 Business & Blue Ridge Parkway. begins at 10:00am. In the business district on JEB Stuart Highway featuring Local Crafters, Belgian Horse Drawn Wagon & Buggy rides, Blacksmithing, Heritage Demonstrations, Local Peaches and Peach Desserts, Peach Butter Making, Local Music, Corn Maze, Food Vendors, Children’s World, Meadows of Dan School Raffle and Church Fund Raisers.
