Joe Clark and his mother, Betsy Clark received the Dept. of Conservation and Recreation an award for improving water quality and protecting Virginia's soil.
Presenting the award was Mike Foreman of the Dept. of Conservation and Recreation. He is the operations manager for Area V.
The award was for the Fulton Farms.
