The Woodberry Inn Weekend Fixin's and the Rhododendron's Blooming
6/22/12 - Stop by the Woodberry Inn for a cool drink and a bite to eat.
You will enjoy sitting on the patio where there is always a cool breeze to enjoy and watch nature at her best.
After a couple of warm days on the mountain we are looking
forward to a weekend with a bit cooler temperatures. The
rhododendron along the Blue Ridge Parkway is blooming
earlier this year. You will want to take a drive within the
next couple of weeks to enjoy the banks of soft pink
blossoms.
Our specials for the weekend are:
Fried Catfish - Fresh catfish tossed in seasoned cornmeal
flour & deep fried. Served with homemade tartar sauce and
your choice of 2 sides. $12
Hamburger Steak topped with homemade mushroom gravy and
served with your choice of 2 side items. $10
