Susan Turman Taylor has been appointed to the position of County Registrar by the Patrick County Board of Supervisors. She replaces Dianna Vipperman who retired after 10 years of service

As reported by The Enterprise, June 6, 2012 Susan is a graduate of Patrick County High School and has an associate degree from East Tennessee State University and a Bacherlor's Degree from Liberty University.
