The Scottish Highland Games were held at Laurel Hill, birthplace of Maj. Gen. J. E. B. Stuart on Saturday, June 2, 2012.

Folks were on hand from both local Virginia and North Carolina communities. On person, native of Scotland was on hand. The Triad Highlanders provided great drum and bagpipe music, The CeltHix and Renee Henry also provided music. Infinity Acres of Ridgeway, VA provided a free petting zoo. Many of the clans came with their colorful clothing. The Patrick County Chamber of Commerce provided a Tourist Information table.
