May 30- Peaches will start to come in Patrick County, VA, as we head into early June and July. These are Early Indian gling stone red peaches, picked at Windy Hill Orchards today.

This year's events are: Aug. 11, Peach Pageant, Star Theatre, Stuart, VA - 2:00pm Aug. 18, Music Celebration in Stuart's DeHart Park- Fresh peaches for sale, peach pie, peach ice cream, Music crafters and more. 4:00pm. Tickets $8 advance, $10 at gate. Children 12-under free Aug. 19 - Meadows of Dan Folk Fair - Celebrating the Peach Festival, peach butter making, peach orchards, music, crafters and food. 10am-6pm
