The festival will commence with opening ceremonies at 10:00am at Smith River Church of the Brethren's outdoor shelter. Event locations include Bob White and Jacks Creek Covered Bridges adjacent to Route 8

This function will be hosted by the Woolwine Ruritan Club, Woolwine Volunteer Fire Department, and Smith River Rescue Squad.
