Virginia’s Supernatural Wonder Named
One Of The World’s Top 100 Resorts
Meadows of Dan, VA – The Robb Report, one of America’s most prestigious luxury magazines, this month named Primland, Virginia’s supernatural wonder, as one of its top 100 resorts in the world.
It was the only Virginia hotel named among the 24 selected throughout North America.
In its highlight commentary, the magazine said: “More than 12,000 wilderness acres frame this 26-room mountaintop lodge and 18 cabins—a Frenchman’s vision of eco-sensitivity-meets-opulent-seclusion. Hunt, fish, hike, or ride ATVs, horses, or mountain bikes through the Blue Ridge Mountain environment. Also home to one of the state’s top golf courses. “
“Needless to say, we are honored by our inclusion in such a list of prestigious places around the globe,” said Steve Helms, Vice President. “The owners’ dedication to seeing their father’s vision come to fruition and be recognized alongside others who aspire to excellence is most gratifying to them, the staff and the state of Virginia.”
This is the latest in a series of accolades the property has received since it opened its breathtaking 18-hole championship golf course in 2006, its Lodge in 2009, The Spa in 2010 and the Golden Eagle Tree House in 2011.
A visually stunning promotional video for The Spa at Primland, produced by Donald Silverman of New York, recently won the prestigious Gold Remi Award at the 46th Annual WorldFest International Film Festival.
