A residential dwelling on Hatcher's Chapel Road, Claudville, VA burned last evening. This was a rental dwelling, in which no one was currently living there.

The home is located near the Mt. View Pentecostal Holiness Church about 1/2 mile from Rt. 103. Volunteer fire departments from CCDF and Ararat responded plus 2-3 other fire departments. The fire occurred about 12:30am, April 15,2012.
