Public dollars should not be diverted to projects involving Project Labor Agreements that favor union shops over merit shops. This critical legislation protects our right-to-work law and continues to promote a pro-business environment. Virginia’s strong right-to-work law has been one of the cornerstones of its prosperity. By further protecting Virginia’s status as a right-to-work state, we will help create jobs for our citizens and better position our state to compete in the global marketplace of the 21st century.�
