Clark Gas and Oil Make $18,500 In Donations to 17 Patrick Co. Agencies

Jan. 19- Clark Gas & Oil of Stuart, VA has made donations to 17 different Fire and Rescue and Non-Profit Agencies. Presenting checks was Blair Clark, Anna Lester and William B. Clark.

Photo by Tom Bishop The Complete press release is as follows: Press Release January 19, 2012 Clark Gas & Oil Company gives $18,500.00 in donations to 17 agencies Clark Gas & Oil, with its main office and showroom located at 685 Commerce Street in Stuart recently contributed money to benefit 17 Patrick County non-profit relief agencies, fire departments and rescue squads. The funds given are to be used to support each agency’s mission in providing services to their respective recipients. The list of agencies include Boy Scout Troop #65, Patrick County Developmental Center, PARC Workshop, Patrick County Food Bank, Caring Hearts Free Clinic, Jeb Stuart Preservation Trust, Stuart Rotary Student Loan & Scholarship Foundation, Stuart Volunteer Fire Department, Ararat Volunteer Fire Department, Moorefield Store Volunteer Fire Department, Patrick Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Patrick Henry Volunteer Fire Department, Woolwine Volunteer Fire Department, Meadows of Dan Volunteer Fire Department, Vesta Rescue Squad, Smith River Rescue Squad, and Safety Rope, Inc. “Our family has always believed that we should work hard, share our blessings and give back to our communities whenever possible,� said Blair Clark, President. “We feel very blessed to be part of such a beautiful and positive community and we greatly appreciate the friendships and opportunity to serve Patrick County and the surrounding area residents that help make giving back to our community possible. This includes the On the Run Store at 124 East Blue Ridge Street in Stuart.
